The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Sunyani Municipality, Hon. Vincent Antwi Agyei, has held his first management meeting with staff of the Assembly at the Conference Hall on 25^th April, 2025. The meeting provided an opportunity for the MCE to familiarize himself with the various departments and their functions.

The Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Mr. Isaac Brown Ankomah introduced the various heads of departments and their functions to the MCE, providing insight into the Assembly's operations. The MCD expressed concern over lateness and absenteeism among staff, charging Heads of Departments and Units to ensure proper supervision to address the issue.

Each department made brief presentations on their activities and challenges, providing the MCE with valuable information on the Assembly's operations. The meeting provided a platform for sharing ideas on how to improve service delivery, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

The MCE, Hon. Vincent Antwi Agyei, reiterated his commitment to working closely with management and staff to ensure the effective implementation of government programs and policies. He emphasized his role as the chief executive of the municipality and expressed his determination to drive development in Sunyani.
